What "naturally smooth" means

The smoothness comes from the olives themselves, not from refining or blending. The oil is pressed soon after harvest, without heat or chemicals, and keeps everything that makes an extra virgin olive oil worth buying: fresh fruit aroma, a clean finish and the natural polyphenols of a cold-pressed oil. It is simply gentler on the palate than our more intense organic oil.

How to use it

• Everyday sautéing, roasting and pan-frying
