Why Tunisian extra virgin olive oil

Tunisia is one of the world's largest olive oil producers, with groves that have been cultivated along the Mediterranean coast for centuries. The olives for Golden Spoon are pressed soon after harvest, without heat or chemicals, so the flavour and polyphenols stay intact.
